One essential piece of gear for a level 10 twink is the Simple Black Dress. It has not stats, but, it was considered a level 35 item, so you can put the level 35 enchants on it. There is also a level 60 dress, Formal Dangui. It can only be obtained in Moonglade, but, it is very rare. If you can get it, it is well worth it. Since WotLK is rumored to have enchantments with a lvl 60 requirement, and you can put Greater Rune of Warding on the level 60 dress, which can come in handy. The other essential piece of gear for a level 10 twink is Leg Armor. Nethercleft/Clefthide and Nethercobra/Cobrahide are what you will most likely be going for, unless you play a Paladin and get Spellthread leg enchants for healing. In either case you will need a BoE piece of equipment and a trust worthy level 60+ character to enchant the armor.
Nethercleft/Clefthide are probably the best overall leg enchant since it gives you much needed HPs and for Hunters/Rogues you get additional Attack Power from it as well. Nethercobra/Cobrahide is strictly for offense. Best used by Hunters since they can stay out of range of most other twinks, but, the amount of critical you get from these enchants are very enticing to any of the 4 classes. Just be warned that you will have to watch you HPs closely and have some healing to really make them shine. If you do, it is downright nasty. |
